- contact info of family member/ or people traveling with you (or for whom you make travel arrangements)

Dietary Restrictions / Preferences: We understand that many of you prefer or are required to follow certain diets. We try to accommodate these choices and needs whenever possible. To accomplish this, your dietary preferences need to be recorded.
Health Condition We may need information about your age, gender and general health so that we can assist in safeguarding your personal health and safety.
We will collect sensitive information with your explicit consent and where it is reasonably necessary for and that information is in connection with facilitating your request. We will collect this information directly from you unless it is unreasonable or impracticable to do so. In some circumstances, it may be necessary for us to collect personal information about you from a third party. This includes where a person makes a travel/tour booking on your behalf which includes travel/tour arrangements to be used by you (e.g. a family or group booking made for you by a travel agent). Where you make a booking on behalf of another person (as above referred), you agree you have obtained the consent of the other person to collect, use and disclose the other person’s personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and that you have otherwise made the other person aware of this Privacy Notice.
You should let us know immediately if you become aware that your personal information has been provided to us by another person without your consent or if you did not obtain consent before providing another person’s personal information to us.
How we collect personal information
Generally, this collection will occur:
- when you deal with us either in person, by telephone, letter, email;
- when you visit any of our websites; or
- when you connect with us via social media.

- when you purchase or make enquiries about travel arrangements or other products and services;

Where you contact us in relation to a travel booking, the purpose for which we collect your personal information is generally to provide you with travel advice and/or to assist you with booking travel and/or travel related products and services. However, the purpose for collection may differ depending on the particular circumstances as disclosed in this Notice.
When you book or otherwise arrange travel related products and services through us, we usually act as an agent for the relevant travel service providers (e.g. for a hotel etc.). In this case, we process your personal information as necessary so as to provide the services you requested from us. This usually includes collecting personal information about you both for our internal purposes as described in this Notice and for the travel service provider for whom we act as agent (e.g. to provide you with the booked services).
In addition to the above mentioned in this policy, we may use information about you:
- to manage your travel/tour bookings and to deliver our services to you;

- to improve our services for you and to tailor our products and services to your requirements;
- to issue your tour tickets, and to complete your reservations (e.g. restaurants). We also use your personal information to change your bookings when you request for such changes;
- to contact you by email and/or SMS for administrative or operational reasons, for example to send you a confirmation of your bookings and payments, to inform you about your tour schedule. Note that the purpose of this communication is not marketing and therefore you will continue to receive this information, even if you opt-out of receiving marketing communication;
- to request for your feedback by email, since your opinion is of great importance to us;
- to adapt our services to your needs and preferences and to offer you a personalized customer experience;
for business purposes for which we will use your information include accounting, invoicing and audit, credit card or other payment card verification, fraud screening, security, legal purposes, statistical and marketing analysis, system testing, maintenance and development and - other purposes as authorized or required by law (e.g. to prevent a threat to life, health or safety, or legal rights).

Who else has access to the data you provide us
We take your protection very seriously. We assure you that neither sell nor lend your data to other providers, will never your data to other providers. We will not share your personal data with any third parties without your prior consent (which you are free to withhold) except where we are required to do so by law or as set out in this Privacy Notice.
In order to provide products or services requested by you we may share personal data with suppliers of your travel arrangements (e.g hotels etc.) .We also work with carefully selected suppliers that carry out certain functions for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. You should also be aware that some product of our suppliers may need additional information such as dietary restrictions / preferences, health or physical fitness information) to determine whether you can participate activity.
You should read and rely upon the relevant supplier, affiliate or distributor Privacy Policy only (and not Ambelos’ s Privacy Policy), if
Ambelos does not collect this information from you directly.
However, we disclose only the personal data that is necessary for the third party to deliver the service. When we share personal data with the other organisations we require them to keep if safe, and they must not use your personal data for their own marketing purposes.
Your personal information may be disclosed to the following types of third parties:
- a person making your travel booking on your behalf, where you are travelling on a booking made on your behalf by another person (for example, a family member)
- external business advisers (e.g. accounts, lawyers )
- as required or authorised by applicable law, and to comply with our legal obligations;
- government agencies and public authorities to comply with a valid and authorised request, including a court order or other valid legal process;
- various regulatory bodies and law enforcement officials and agencies, including to protect against fraud and for related security purposes; and
- enforcement agencies where we suspect that unlawful activity has been or may be engaged in and the personal information is a necessary part of our investigation or reporting of the matter.
Consent
Any service that Ambelos provides to you is purely voluntary. You are not required to provide any personal or/ and sensitive information to us unless you choose to access features of the travel/service that require such information. If do not agree with the terms of this policy notice, then do not provide us with personal information, exit from website, and discontinue using our services.

Protection of Minors
Children and adolescents with limited legal capacity are as a matter of principle not allowed to transfer any personal data to our website without prior consent of their parents or legal guardian.
